Introduction

Hi5 Living LLC (“The company”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “ours” or “ourselves as appropriate), is committed to protecting Your personal data. This Policy sets out the basis on which we collect, process and use Your personal data, when You visit our Hi5 Living application (the «App»), website and any services available through or in connection with the App (the «Services»).

This Privacy Policy (“the Policy”) applies when You visit our Apps and/or use our Services, and You accept this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described herein.

Data We May Collect

We do not currently collect Your personal data, including automatically, to provide You with the Services. If You provide any data to us voluntarily, it will be processed in accordance with this Policy.

As we expand our functionality, the App may start to collect additional data, such as technical (log) data (including internet protocol (IP) address, unique device identifiers, configuration of the apps, Your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices You use to access our Apps and Services), to improve user experience and service personalization. We will update the Privacy Policy if any new data categories are introduced. We will notify the users about update of this Privacy Policy through our website, App distribution channels (AppStore, Google Play) and by updating the link to the Policy in your version of the App.

Other information: You may voluntarily give us by sending us a letter or e-mail.

Our mission is to constantly improve our services and provide You with new experiences. As part of this mission if personal data is collected in the future, it will only be used for the following purposes:

  • Make our service available, provide customer service and respond to your requests.
  • Improve our products and services, testing or enhancing the quality or safety of a services, which may be of interest to You.
  • Securing our Apps and Services, including preventing and detecting any security breaches, fraud or other criminal or malicious activities.
